[vorbis] TAG Standard - ENSEMBLE/PERFORMER tags

For a concerto, where you have the orchestra and the soloist filled in, you still want preference 
for the ensemble?  Wouldn't it be easier to put the soloist as the first PERFORMER tag, and 
always prefer the 1st PERFORMER tag?
