[vorbis] quality settings

I did some encodes of full CDs using RC3, and came up with the following 
averages:

q7 is ~223kbps
q6 is ~185kbps
q5 is ~154kbps

Anyone have a simple A/B/X utility to compare 2 ogg encodes with the 
original WAV? I'd like to check out which quality level generates 
transparent files for my ears.
