[vorbis] File Info Question

Hi Jeff,

The serial number is generally just a number at random - you could put any
suitable number into the Ogg using -s in OggEnc..

The nominal-bitrate is the "target average" bitrate that the encoder trys to
hit..

The average bitrate is calculated from the encoded Ogg file.. Essentially,
filesize-in-bits / duration-in-seconds. Divide the result by 1000 for kbps..
