[vorbis] RC3 Tagging/Encoding and Winamp answer

It was like that in earlier versions but at some stage in or before
v1.70 an option was added to "Append ID3 info to wav file (for future
use)". The stupid thing is that Audiograbber could make the info
available during encoding with it's special variables %1,%2 etc but it
doesn't. It only appends an ID3 tag to the end of the OGG files!
