[vorbis] RC3 Tagging/Encoding and Winamp answer

I don't think the data is stored in the WAV, it's held in memory, and when 
Audiograbber converts to mp3 it stuffs the data in then.
When I was using Audiograbber I thought it's normalisation was pretty good. 
That was a while ago and my memory is likely in error.
