[vorbis] Oggdrop features (was: RC3)?

`-h' does the work as with 2/3 of the unix-originating programs (`--help'
would do with the other 2/3).
There is also a manual which is in the unix man format (easily
converted (on unix) to plain .txt) but it's not in any of the windows
binary packages.  Maybe it should b included?
