[vorbis] Trouble building libvorbis-1.0rc3

Incorrect.  libcurl is only needed for ogg123, which is in the
vorbis-tools package.  And yes, we should make it to build without
libcurl, as well (we know about this issues.  They'll be fixed for RC4,
probably, but certainly for 1.0).
