Frankly I'm relieved we didn't need to standardize on RFC2047 *or* a
UTF8_LANG tag.  Glad we were able to come to consensus on something.

The only objection people still have to the standard is the ENSEMBLE
tag, and that ain't going.  Its one of those tags that many people won't
need it, but if you need it, you need it.  Keeping it won't materially
degrade the standard, and removing it won't materially improve the
standard.  Ergo, its staying in because I need it to fulfill goal #1.
I have rephrased goal #2 as well.  It now reads:

1) Identify a track so the listener can know exactly what he is
   listening to.
2) Identify a track to allow music companies to profit from it,
   within reason.
3) Meet goals 1 and 2 without access to external data sources.
4) Identify a track within a database that contains extra
   information about the track.
