Don't know where the Q setting will be stored in the file, but winamp could
display this.
What the CD player displays in the kbps field is "14H" - for 14 hundred,
presumably. Shows the same for uncompressed CD quality WAV data.
(The Monkey's Audio plugin also does this - 10H, 11H, etc.)
But the field doesn't have to display kbps strictly - the Nullsoft Module
Decoder (aka MikAmp) displays the number of channels in the module - most
old Amiga .MODs, for example, will display 4C. It seems an appropriate
little piece of info to toss in there, as these files don't really *have* a
bitrate as such...
If MikAmp can do that, then the Vorbis decoder plugin could easily display
the Q value.
I think an option in the plugin's config box to toggle the display between
Q value, average bitrate, and variable bitrate would be ideal.
