Also, the -b switch used for ABR modes might be changed to something
else, because oggenc users are used to using -b, and many of them will
unthinkingly continue doing so if it still works. If -b is no longer
accepted, and the documentation points out the advantages of using the
quality settings, then perhaps more users will switch to that.
