[vorbis] Using vcut

I'd really appreciate it if the hydrogen audio people didn't behave as
if we didn't exist or fix bugs.  This is probably the third time they've
created some special version but not reported bugs to us.  If someone
can file a bug report, I'm sure the issue would be quickly fixed.
