[vorbis] APPLAUD.WAV problems

It seems that in-phase sounds are perceived at higher volume than
ouf ot phase ones expecially at high frequency.
You should try a quick hack: reduce (or increase) the amplitude
of harmonics acconding to how much they have been moved to the
centre (or sides).
