[vorbis] -q option failing

Hi Brant,
Take the space between q and 9 out and try again..
I have had some errors (apparently) caused by spaces between switches and
their 'arguments' in DOS command lines.. I felt sure one of them arose from
a space following -q but I can't reproduce it now..
