[vorbis] WinVC - Multiple file tag editor!

I did consider something like you mention Peter, but I thought the extra
tags would rarely be used in a filename. Currently I just allow %t, %a,
%n, %l (as per OggEnc). Maybe in the future if someone asks for it!
