[vorbis] RipTrax Update Available

RipTrax CD Ripper has been updated to Version 0.0.7.132. All bugs found by
the kind souls here on the list have been fixed and functionality added to
ease the maintenance of your audio libraries. Many suggestions by the group
have been added, as well. You can get the latest version of RipTrax at:

Please keep those suggestions and bug reports coming in. Your help has been
invaluable.

"Good work" to the Ogg Vorbis development team. I greatly enjoy offering a
high quality audio encoding format to users that does not require any
