encoding vs encsettings:
encoding=Ogg Vorbis
encsettings=-q 5

That's how I'd understand an "encoding" tag, but then we could call it
"banana" as well and I still wouldn't care too much :)

Actually, there are some good arguments against this tag, so I suggest
we answer the "if" first.
