[vorbis] Corrupted OGGs (Winamp or Mac OS?)

Yeah. All files in MacOS have both a resource fork and a data fork. 
Windows 98 doesn't use 'fork's, a file is just a data stream. Depending 
on the transfer software you used, copying back and forth may have added 
garbage to the beginning of your vorbis files. Try searching the 
internet for a tool to repair this sort of damage.

This is just a wild guess. I might be way off base here.
