[vorbis] German company interested in vorbis

... but the bitstream format, decoder, and encoder API are all
final. If they're just repeating compressed data streamed to them
(e.g. ice/shoutcast servers), it doesn't matter -- the decoders
they'll point their clients to won't change, and their stream sources
can change out their encoders when convenient. If they're encoding
uncompressed data (don't know why they'd do that), they can easily
switch out the libs when rc4 / 1.0 comes out.

If they actually want to peel their streams, though, they'll have to
wait. They can still use icecast with re-encoding now, and when
icecast does peeling automatically, just upgrade. What's the status of
peeling in the libs?
