Well, waiting for RC4 at least makes some sense because of tuned 22.5
and 11.25 kHz modes coming up. Between RC4 and 1.0 is further bugfixing
and specs-writing time. For everyday use, Vorbis surely is mature
already, especially since RC3's 44.1kHz encoding can be regarded as
"final".
