[vorbis] what quality ?

Try some different quality settings and see for yourself. If you can 
put up with 128k mp3 (YUCK!) then you'll probably be fine with "-q 0" or
"-q 1". Personally I'm very happy with "-q 4.99" just below the 
lossless encoding threshold.
