[vorbis] Multichannel files

DD/DTS software encoders are *S*U*P*R*E*M*E*L*Y* expensive. The last DD
software encoder I looked at cost $2500(!!)

This is a niche just waiting to be cracked, vorbis could really dominate
in this area very quickly.
