[vorbis] What kind of Ogg Vorbis-services you would like to have?

I'm pretty sure it is entirely possible to do proper tagging with oggenc from
the comand line in windows. I've done it with Audiograbber on a friends
computer. A lot of mucking around with "%" signs however. Does EAC not let
you use % parameters for passing artist and title information to a command
line encoder?
