[vorbis] "live" stream online

Greetings:

  Following Smoerk's lead I've redone a bunch of my files to 11 kHz
sampling rate and encoded them with an average bitrate of ~40 kbps. You
can check the stream at:

        http://64.108.112.145:8000/shouter.ogg

  It should be up for about 45 minutes before the streamer's finished.
The Icecast conf is set to accept three connects. Let me know how it
goes...
