Not 112.  The number is meant to approximate the actual bitrate desired,
though it is a well documented fact that this does not currently work
properly.  Nevertheless, there's a good chance you will end up with a
higher bitrate than you want.  If you use a bitrate of 1, you should get
the lowest possible mode.

But I gather you've figured out this much already.
