Why, Thanx. However, about the 'guideline', I've got an idea although
wondering if it is even usefull...well, I am just an ignorant user amyway!

Not so many people need to always access the details on the comment list
that is discussed so far. If every piece of information appeared at
the same time, it can be confusing…an ordinary user can be overwhelmed
by the flood of data. On the other hand, some people need special data.
So, instead of limiting the format itself, how about letting comment
editors choose the information?

For example, how about a comment editor that only shows the similar information
on the ID3 V2 tag as default while there remains dormant data unseen?
This would be a good introduction to the MP3 format users into Vorbis.
To match the needs of users with special interests, it would be good
to make necessary information appeared by configuring advanced options.

This may also solve the problem with the case of genre list. ID3 tag's
genre list is convenient for some users but it is limiting the format
itself. If a comment editor has its own genre list database, the format
doesn't need to be limited.

For instance, when users type 'Christian' in the genre box, they can
see the list indicating 'Christian Gangsta Rock, Christian Rock, Christian
Rap' just like when they are typing in ID3 V2 tag. However, instead
of just selecting from the list, they can also continue to type…say,
'Christian Metal' or 'Christian Punk' (FOR EXAMPLE!) as the database
is not from the format but from the program. If users need, they can
add 'Christian Metal' or 'Christian Punk' into the database of the comment
editor just like adding a new word to spell checking database.

Although the examples above are just imitating the appearance of ID3
V2 tag, I guess it might help MP3 users accustomed to Vorbis. Some people
may find this too strategic but this may attract general users to Vorbis
while letting the music and the programming specialists develop details
of the format carefully.

Well, still is this a non-sense? Honestly, I don't know about programming
at all.... ;-(
