[vorbis] Experimental info editor for winamp

Hello to everyone. I think that currently I will leave the color scheme as
is. Over the next few weeks I will take into consideration these previous
comments and decide what the final decision. If you have any more thoughts
please e-mail them to mbrown at hotteam.org and not the list.
