[vorbis] Comment field spec needs to be expanded and tightened

Okay, this is where you need it. Someone else might need completely
different tags like DRUMMER, GUITAR and VOCAL ... I still think that
regulating relatively rare special cases would make users feel
patronized. Noone keeps you from defining these tags for your own.

I rather prefer "free tags to a free world". :) Defining and
standardizing of tags for any possible use of .OGG is not necessary.

[LENGTH tag]

This has nothing to do with the capability of every player I know to
calculate the precise length of any not-streamed digital format. If you
wish to tautological store the playing time of your music, define your
own tag.
