Strange, I had no trouble compiling the example streamer. I even get
messages from Icecast2 that the connection is made, but (as you
confirmed) XMMS is not getting a response from the server. I can play my
Ogg files just fine with either XMMS or ogg123, so I don't think the
problem has anything to do with them (or the XMMS Ogg plugin).
Aarghh, I'm *so* close !!!! Very frustrating, but I'm confident we'll
get it worked out...soon, I hope... :)
