[vorbis] While we're publicising icecast2 streams...

This should probably be in the Icecast list...

  Now that people have streams up and running, I thought I might ask and see
if anybody has been able to successfully compile a win32 version of icecast2
and/or ices2. I don't have access to MSVC compilers and I haven't had much
luck compiling with Mingw. That's not to say it wouldn't work well with
Mingw, I'm only a second rate programmer without a clue. If anybody else has
created a compiled a working binary with Ming that would be REALLY helpful.

Stream sounds great for the bit rate Geoff. I see you got the song info
included in the stream. I haven't seen anybody else implementing that yet.
