[vorbis] While we're publicising icecast2 streams...

I've just downloaded MinGW, and I'm going to experiment with getting
icecast2 to compile this evening.
If I get it revved up, I'll set up a 128kbps stream on a Windows 2000 box
and send the link to the list.
