Simply, it is impossible.  I just put the list completely the same context
with the MP3 tag editor with Winamp.

 As long as it is category-information string, you can add any thing
you like to Ogg Vorbis comment.  For example, if you configure Peter's
plug-in to 'advanced,' you can read these strings.

For example, tracknumber-01, artist-The Rolling Stones, genre-Rock album-Sticky
Fingers

Likewise, there is no restriction in 'Genre' in Ogg Vorbis comment like
in ID3 tag.  If you like, you can type whatever you want in 'Genre.'
 If you want to add something in 'Genre' with Peter's plugin, just edit
'genres.txt' in your Winamp folder with Notepad or simply type in file
info window in Winamp.  It automatically adds whatever you typed in 'Genre'
to its database (in this case, 'genres.txt').  So, just be careful of
misspelling.  ;-)
