[vorbis] Encoding with Channel-Coupling

Only the decoder is RC1 currently. Encoder is still Beta4 - which
doesn't support channel coupling yet. However, it was said, that
you'll be able to losslessly add channel coupling after the files are
encoded, reducing the size.
BTW: I don't suggest you to re-encode MP3 files to Ogg, as you'll only
loose quality this way. Encode to Ogg only from original CDs, or from
MP3 if you *really* don't have any other option.
