[vorbis] Encoding with Channel-Coupling

Hi:

No, you don't yet have channel coupling.  The reason is that only the
decoder is RC1, the encoder is still pretty much beta4.  Monty said a
couple of days ago that he hopes to checkin coupling code soon.

Monty also said that it should be trivial to write an application to
"couple" previously encoded files, so you can probably go ahead now and
gain the benefit later if you want.
