Ohh, I started working over on oggenc frontend (called 'Orbis') but
i'm so busy now, I just can't spend much time with it....

Hmm....try Borland free compiler or something like DJGPP w/ RSXNTDJ
first..... no money needed ;)
Well....for Win32 - cygwin or mingw32 should also be of good choice.
