[vorbis] several (different and seperate) compiling problems

I had assumed that ldconfig would have been run during the ogg RPM installation
(i compiled the source into an RPM...); even so, i ran it to make sure (was
kinda paranoid after the missing header files)...but to no avail. same problem.
argh.
any ideas?
