[vorbis] How to use coupling modes?

Didn't see anything in the manpages to show exactly how the new stereo
modes are to be used.

I want to take existing ogg files at 128 and run them through the lossless
stereo coupling mode to shrink them them down a bit (they're big live
recordings).  Monty mentioned this a few months back... did it get taken
off the menu?
