[vorbis] Vorbis ACM codec

Btw: These are two different things. The last time I looked at it, Nandub
required my Direct Show filters for playback, and these are still VERY buggy. On
the other hand, if you use Virtual Dub, the sound uses the ACM codec from Doom
9.
