[vorbis] Vorbis native Ripper-decoder-encoder

gmerlin-0.1.3 (http://gmerlin.sourceforge.net) works under linux and can do
mp3 <-> ogg conversion, CD ripping into Ogg files and Ogg<->wav conversion
for burning on CD with any program that accepts wav files.
