oh, yes.  mp3 players made huge headway in the music industry.  
many adults now use it on a regular basis because of their 
compact size and solid-state media, coupled with the abundance 
of computers and popularity of napster.  _their_ success has 
urged manufacturers to create kid-oriented devices such as 
HitClips.
quickie: what are the chances of ogg vorbis  having copy-
protection in the near future?  any commercial interests to put 
into the equation?
