[vorbis] requested new features ?

Hi:

It *did* seem to imply a minimum fee of $15,000 for broadcasts in the
summary section (http://www.mp3licensing.com/royalty/summary.html).  These
2 pages would therefore seem to be a bit contradictory.  Even though I'm
sure we'd all like to be using vorbis and will do as soon as we can,
clarification would be good for everyone.
