[vorbis] requested new features ?

I think many companies will simply ignore Fraunhoffer..
..and make them sue for everything they intend to get.

A friend of mine thinks that anyone who pays is stupid..
..I am not that convinced that they are that easy to ignore.
..but I can't help but think there is going to be a court test,
so withholding monies till that is sorted out seems realatively
prudent...

It is not clear that their consortium with Thompson (seemingly
the "Muscle" partner..) is powerfull enough to pull
it off..

As long as there are countries where software patents "just
don't happen" (Sweden at least) ..it is going to be hard to
control...

..just a speculator..
