[vorbis] Fruanhofer patents and royalties for Streaming

What grounds would they take Vorbis to court over?  As I understand it, 
they don't have a single claim.

I would like to say that I think it's a good idea to set up some way of 
(anonymously?) donating money to the project by credit card or other means 
now.  I would be happy to donate what I can to the cause, and I don't even 
need any assurances that the money will be returned if it's not used - I 
trust Monty and his crew will continue the project, even if it's at a much 
slower pace.

I would be happy to donate the time needed to set up such a web site and 
also to host it here in my office if that would get this started.  I think 
it's critical to the project's success.
