[vorbis] Fruanhofer patents and royalties for Streaming

It's a big corporation! They could take Vorbis to court and shut the whole
company down (iCast, in the case now, actually, but not for long) just from
legal fees. If you look, the USPTO grants a lot of generic patents -
Amazon's one click shopping, CDDB's searchable database patent, etc.
