[vorbis] problems with the winamp plugin

Hi:

I haven't checked vorbis.com, but this kind of situation can be caused by
webservers sending the incorrect MIME type along with the file.  This sort
of thing is pretty trivial to fix IF someone has admin access on the
webserver.
