[vorbis] problems with the winamp plugin

I'll be damned. It was Netscape, of all things. Netscape seems to
think that the .dll is an ascii file!? I don't understand what has been
messed up for it to be doing this, but it tries to open the winamp .dll
as a text file, which I then told it to save. Thinking back, I should
have realized that wouldn't work. Netscape was obviously confused about
something. Anyway, I redownloaded it with IE and it is working fine.

Go fig. I checked the netscape file-types registery, and nothing
obvious is amiss. There is no .dll file-type registered that I can
see. Can anyone else duplicate this problem or is my computer just very
"special?" ;} Nothing will surprise me at this point.

Anyway, thanks for the comments and advice, guys.

Steven
