Monty, I think it would be good to do this - to set up the encoder to pay
attention that 'seamless' tracks really match up - since this is the only
way we can be sure that clicks won't occur. I know that now you have more
important things to worry about (like joint-stereo, CBR, low bps modes) but
once they're done, adding this feature to the encoder would contribute to
the popularity of Ogg Vorbis.
