[vorbis-dev] Diff between RC3 and 1

Hi,
So if I understand correctly, the spec was not changed between RC3 and 1.
So the difference is only in the program that decode it? So a projet that
use RC3 is completly supporting vorbis file?
I was going to use tremor as you tell. I was knowing that it didn't use
fp. So it is more suitable for embenbed devise. It is of interret to learn
that it is also more optimized.
