[vorbis-dev] 8192 frame and floo0 sample.

While Vorbis was in beta-stage the encoders used floor0. You can
download an old encoder and generate some files:

http://www.vorbis.com/files/beta4/

However, I don¢¥t know if any mode used frames sized to 8192...
