[vorbis-dev] Normalization of ogg vorbis file

Good day.

Could you help me with the question: Is there a way to calculate
amplitude and normalize an ogg vorbis file without full reencoding
(Ogg Vorbis->PCM->Ogg Vorbis) of the file?
