Checked at home, where I have all installed OK. WinVorbis still shows
Russian as "??????" (VCE and PP's plugin when double-clicking a tag show
Russian as Russian). I thought WinVorbis was supposed to support Unicode
but this seems to indicate that it does use unicode when displaying.
OTOH, it does read/write UTF-8 correctly.
